About role

As a Junior Barber, you will assist senior staff in providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and beard trims while learning advanced techniques in barbering. You’ll gain hands-on experience in modern and classic styles, receive mentorship, and actively participate in maintaining the salon’s high-quality service standards and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Assist in haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools and work areas; Observe and learn modern barbering techniques; Provide excellent customer service; Support senior barbers with client management; Recommend grooming products; Participate in team meetings and skill development sessions; Contribute to a professional and friendly salon environment.

What we are looking for
